Job Role
* Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters.
* Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, licences, and agreements for lease.
* Advising clients on property aspects of corporate transactions, including share and asset sales.
* Conducting due diligence, including reviewing title documents, searches, and enquiries.
* Assisting with secured lending and real estate finance transactions.
* Dealing with development matters, including site acquisitions and infrastructure agreements.
* Advising on property management matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and licences.
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals to progress transactions smoothly.
* Supporting business development initiatives and client relationship management.
Knowledge And Skills
* 0-4 years PQE with experience in commercial property law.
* A solid understanding of landlord and tenant law, acquisitions and disposals, and real estate finance.
* Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines.
* A commercial and proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Enthusiasm for networking and business development.
