Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
2. Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
3. Regularly test and adjust chemical levels in the pool and spa to maintain optimal water quality.
4. Ensure all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and public areas.
5. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
6. Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant departments.
7. Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
8. Support Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures.
9. Address and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional manner.
Personal Specification:
Essentials:
1. All applicants must be over the age of 18 years old due to the nature of the role.
2. Customer service background with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
3. Demonstrated interest in pool and spa quality standards.
4. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are obtained.
Desirables:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the Spa/Hospitality industry.
2. Relevant certifications in pool and spa management.
3. Certification such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar is advantageous.
Working Pattern:
Full time - 37.5hrs per week. 5 days a week including some weekends. Fully Flexible. Hours of work will be between 6am-10.30pm.
