In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices. Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and HR transformation in complex, dynamic environments. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
