Job Title: English and Maths GCSE Intervention Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, South Woodham Ferrers Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide targeted English and Maths GCSE intervention sessions to students Create individualised learning plans based on student needs Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to improve student understanding and performance Monitor and assess student progress regularly Collaborate with teachers and parents to address student challenges and successes Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Specialist knowledge in English and Maths at GCSE level Experience in delivering targeted intervention programmes Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of GCSE curriculum and assessment requirements Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective classroom management techniques Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis.
