We’re looking for an Import Export Logistics Specialist to join our office-based Cruise sales division.
What you will be doing
* Selection, onboarding and management of 3PL and 4PL partners.
* Review of stock in transit and expediting shortages as necessary to achieve 100% OTIF.
* Administration of depot transfers and replenishments – Pos, sales orders, pick slips, dangerous goods notes, import export commercial invoices management.
* Optimise distribution network balancing total cost of delivering from manufacturer direct to ship with local depots and/or local manufacturing supporting multiple ships, benchmarking service providers and commodity prices.
* Plan and deliver stock levels at local and remote depots leading to high service levels.
* Optimise product range and introduce and launch new products.
* Identify opportunities in the distribution network.
* Ensure availability of assets, consumables and spare parts to install and maintain customer ships.
* Support with set up of new supplies in across the US, Caribbean, AU and EU.

Who you are

You will possess excellent project management and organisational skills, with a thorough understanding of and experience managing 3PLs and 4PLs. In order to be successful, you will have experience with import and export and transiting dangerous goods (chemical products), ideally with an interest in the Cruise industry.
