As a Timetabling and Resourcing Coordinator at Inspire Education Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our institution. Your expertise will be essential in:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing Optimal Timetables: Designing and implementing timetables that balance student needs, staff availability, and resource allocation.
2. Maximising Resource Efficiency: Strategically allocating classrooms, laboratories, and equipment to get the most out of them.
3. Leveraging Data-Driven Insights: Inputting, maintaining, and analysing accurate data to inform decision-making.
4. Fostering Effective Collaboration: Working closely with academic departments, support services, and students to ensure a seamless educational experience.
5. Driving Innovation and Improvement: Continuously improving timetabling processes and exploring new ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
