Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Adult Community Team

Rate: £30.98
An exciting job role has recently become available at Leeds. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Community Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will provide high-quality social work services to adults, carers, and the community, in line with statutory guidelines and council policies. You will complete Care Act assessments, reviews, care management, support planning, safeguarding, and Mental Capacity/Best Interest assessments. You will manage complex caseloads involving risk assessment and needs identification, developing cost-effective, person-centered solutions. You will foster independence and early intervention, building strong relationships with service users and enabling informed choices. You will conduct safeguarding investigations, represent the Authority in multi-agency settings, and undertake duty responsibilities within the team. If qualified, you will participate in the AMHP rota and Practice Educator Level 2 role, contributing to team development and mentoring others. You will utilize strong communication skills, manage conflicts, and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping. Additionally, you will maintain relevant professional qualifications and registration, actively engaging in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
