About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Sustainability Consultant to: Lead and develop a dedicated sustainability team, fostering professional growth. Play an active role in the Senior Management Team to contribute to company operations. Provide expert advice on sustainability services such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, SKA, and pre-planning assessments. Collaborate with design teams on innovative, high-profile projects. Produce high-quality, detailed reports for clients. Manage key client accounts, cultivating long-term relationships. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years of experience within the built environment. A relevant degree in sustainability (an MSc is desirable). Proven experience with BREEAM certifications across RIBA stages. Knowledge of UK sustainability legislation and planning requirements. Experience in advising on net-zero buildings, project management, and client relationship management. BREEAM AP or BREEAM Assessor qualifications (preferred but not essential).
