Responsibilities
1. Entry of purchase invoices onto Xero via Hubdoc system
2. Credit control management ensuring the prompt collection of debts
3. Bank reconciliations
4. Stock ordering and budget control
5. Supplier and expenses payments
6. Other AD-Hoc duties as required by the company accounts function
Person Specification:
1. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
2. Able to build relationships from the first point of contact
3. Highly organized, accurate and process driven
4. Previous experience of working within a Finance or Accounting function
5. Analytically minded
6. Able to work to set timescales and strict deadlines
7. Attention to detail
8. IT & Excel skills
9. AAT part qualified or equivalent (Desirable)
