WHAT TO EXPECT
We are pursuing an accomplished Product Specialist, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Digital Design department.
You will be instrumental in managing the Creative software estate to continually move forward with the latest software and offer the business the latest functionality. You will plan, prioritise and action legacy software decommissioning activities.
You will be tasked to support the identification and assessment of digital improvement opportunities, whilst also supporting the definition of digital improvement activities.
You will be at the forefront of supporting roadmap implementation and planning for future strategic development including opportunities within key vendor agreements.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Implement product plans to optimise value and deliver synergies across the software application landscape for Creative
* Support roadmap implementation and forward planning for future strategic development including opportunities within key vendor agreements
* Manage the application lifecycle for key Creative application toolsets to ensure contractual compliance with vendors about application usage and version control
* Define, prioritise and implement software usage optimisation activities for consumption-based licencing applications to maintain tight cost control
* Deliver funding and required approvals for operational maintenance activities e.g. licence renewals, risk remediation activities
* Work with stakeholders including key vendors to monitor support needs across the domain and ensure the resolution
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Excellent level of ability to structure, analyse and interpret data
* Experience in technology change and managing Digital Transformation
* Proven experience working in an agile environment and appropriate toolsets such as Jira
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, being able to effectively translate complex digital and IT information to a business and creative stakeholder group
* Knowledge and experience in automotive industry, design process and key capabilities
* Experience in vendor management, and software licencing, with an understanding of Enterprise Business Agreements
