The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and the expansion of brands and products within Dermoi’s portfolio. The role requires a dynamic, data-driven approach to performance marketing, eCommerce growth, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, oversee, and adjust multi-channel marketing campaigns (PPC, Meta, SEO, social media, email) to align with company growth goals.
2. Create and maintain a structured marketing calendar for 12, 6, 3 & 1 month ahead.
3. PPC & Meta Ads: Supervise paid advertising teams, ensuring they meet monthly 15% growth targets in 2025.
4. SEO: Oversee the SEO team, ensuring organic traffic and conversions grow by 15% per month.
5. Email Marketing: Manage the email marketing team, develop an email strategy, and increase customer retention & conversions.
6. Work closely with the development team to improve website conversion rate and user experience (CRO & UI/UX).
7. Conduct competitor research to enhance website functionality and design.
8. Design & Artwork: Plan and oversee all graphic design projects.
9. Video Production: Strategize and supervise the creation of all video content and posting schedules.
10. Lead the SM team, approve content calendars, and oversee photo & video shoots.
11. Continuously monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategy in line with internal policies.
12. Identify and onboard new brands & products, including supplementary categories (e.g., lifestyle, organic perfumes).
13. Explore new growth opportunities such as affiliate marketing & strategic partnerships.
14. Plan future PR & influencer marketing strategies for Dermoi’s brand penetration.
15. Supervise the loyalty & rewards program, ensuring increased customer retention & engagement.
16. Work closely with the scientific team to maximize brand exposure.
17. Support customer service initiatives to enhance communication and overall experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry and/or supplement industry.
2. Familiarity with e-commerce software's - WooCommerce, Word Press, Hot jar, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.
3. Experience working in an online store (preferably beauty eCommerce).
4. Knowledge of design software (Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).
