Working 36.5 hours per week
You’ll be overseeing the day production of the Digital Mail Centre. The production jobs could vary from day to day so high level of flexibility is required to ensure high level of service is provided.
Responsibilities:
* Experience of operational digital mail production, with a focus on performance, quality, and maintenance of health and safety:
* Experience of financial reporting and costing from primary and secondary data resources
* Experience of advance MS package and development of print schedules
* Recent experience of managing a team of staff including staff mentoring, training and development, staff rota, managing sickness and performance procedures along with Implemented wellness initiatives.
* Candidate must have experienced ofworkload analysisto predict peak periods and adjust staffing levels accordingly based upon the work priorities.
* Candidate must have good communication skills with other members of staff at all the levels and must be able to recruit new skilled/diverse staff.
* Candidate must be able to provide a cost-effective service finding best possible way to reduce the cost and develop in house talent.
* To always collaborate and work with other Team Managers within Digital Mail Centre.
* Candidate must be able to demonstrate commitment to ongoing continuous professional development.
* Candidate must be able to demonstrate or have experience on coordinating successfully business activities and developing SMART outcomes.
