We're recruiting a Head of Bottling to maintain and continue our manufacturing excellence journey whilst developing a positive culture. The Head of Bottling will ensure compliance with all requirements, maintaining high standards of Health and Safety, Quality, and Performance, while fostering continuous improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing production, vatting, and logistics teams.
Job Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, implementing best practices.
* Manage capacity to deliver cased goods supply on time.
* Collaborate with the Production and Supply Chain Director on the strategic manufacturing plan for future growth.
* Deliver Operational Excellence and sustainable production strategies.
* Optimize resources to meet production demands and maintain cost-effective operations.
* Develop and monitor KPIs to improve manufacturing performance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of processes.
* Manage and develop the Bottling Production leadership team.
* Set challenging KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead projects to enhance production team and site efficiency.
Profile
Professional/Technical Experience:
* Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally bottling experience.
* CI/Operational Excellence expertise.
* At least 5 years management responsibility with a proven track record in team development and creating an engaged and empowered workforce.
* Must possess a drive for results.
* Extensive problem-solving skills and bringing a team on that journey.
* Effective communication.
* Ability to engage stakeholders and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business goals.
* Strong communicator, good organisational skills, and ability to work across functions and cultures.
* Team player with an ability to motivate, inspire and lead teams.
* Completer/finisher.
* Agility.
* Analytical (understands technical aspects/fine detail).
* Problem-solving abilities.
