We are seeking an experienced Site Services Engineer to join our client and take full ownership of critical site service systems in a manufacturing/FMCG/food setting. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain key site services including chilling, compressed air, hot & ambient water, utilities, and CHP plants.
2. Oversee fire suppression and security systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
3. Ensure system reliability and performance by troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
4. Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects, collaborating with lead development engineers to drive sustainability, noise reduction, and energy efficiency.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimise the performance and integration of site service systems.
Requirements for the Site Services Engineer:
1. Proven experience in site services management, specifically with compressed air, chilling systems, water systems, and utilities.
2. Strong knowledge of CHP plants, fire suppression systems, and energy efficiency best practices.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of service aspects.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development engineers and other teams.
