Responsibilities:
1. Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
2. Gain client and candidate traction.
3. Business development.
4. Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
6. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
7. Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email.
Experience:
1. 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required.
2. Previous experience in sales or business development.
We have a strong footing in Industrial Logistics, Engineering, and Commercial sectors, but if you have worked previously in another sector, we are very open to discussion.
