We are currently seeking an Orders and Export Administrator to join our Solus business based in Mansfield (NG19).
Overall Role Purpose:
1. Ensuring all UK & Export customer sales orders are processed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Assisting the Customer Services Manager when necessary with any other administrative duties relating to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing of all UK and Export customer sales orders.
2. Allocation of stock to all UK & Export despatch notes then printing for shipment.
3. Updating UK despatch notes to invoices.
4. Consolidation of Export despatch notes to invoices.
5. Preparation of all Export documentation prior to arranging collections with carriers – via online platforms or via email/telephone.
6. Preparation of export documentation on the e-commerce platform with the local Chamber of Commerce.
7. Liaising with the different departments and the warehouse department when necessary.
Have experience / an understanding of the following:
1. Incoterms.
2. Commodity/tariff codes.
3. Countries of Origin.
4. Bills of Lading / Air waybills.
5. Preparation of specific certificates via the local Chamber of Commerce’s e-commerce platform.
6. Knowledge of dangerous goods shipment procedures advantageous but not essential.
