About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office facilities, and assisting with HR-related tasks. This includes ordering office supplies, managing inventory levels, and liaising with facility management companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the HR Advisor
2. Maintain office facilities and equipment
3. Assist with HR-related tasks, including contracts and payroll reporting
4. Complete annual Credit and DBS checks on staff
