We are seeking a Sales Manager to work for an equipment manufacturer based in Gloucestershire.
Our client supplies specialist equipment for R&D and production facilities in sectors such as Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear, Power Generation, Electronics, Automotive, Medical, Government Laboratories, and institutions to name but a few.

Principal Duties:
* Manage the sales function, including helping to shape and develop the company's short, medium, and longer-term strategies.
* Shape customers' needs to ensure a good product fit.
* Present proposals and close the right sales for the business.
* Project manage the sales of products through to acceptance and beyond.
* Travel, including overseas, as required.
* Ensure we continue to develop the right products for the company and our customers.
* Provide cover for the Managing Director when needed.
