Job Description:
We are working exclusively with a private sector organisation to recruit for an Interim Human Resources Project Manager.
This is a 3-month fixed term contract.
Full-time with 2 days on-site in Welwyn Garden City.
Salary range is up to £60,000 (ideally £58,000).
Project Overview:
* The contract harmonisation data collection has been completed.
* This project will now focus on migration, contracts, and execution of the project.
* Experience with TUPE is helpful due to ongoing acquisitions.
* There are currently about 2,300 contracts to be harmonised (minor amendments in holidays, potentially working hours and benefits).
* Separately, over 100 staff will need to migrate to new terms and pay frequency.
Experience Needed:
* CIPD Qualified and HR Generalist background.
* Human Resources Project Management experience.
