Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Stockport
Salary Package: £30k (Negotiable dependant on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours

Key Duties for a Sales Representative:
1. Make outbound and handle inbound calls as directed by the Sales Manager
2. Meet sales targets set by the Sales Manager
3. Quote and sell commercial insurance products, building a client portfolio
4. Proactively contact local businesses to generate future leads
5. Manage client administration, including renewals, adjustments, and cancellations
6. Use in-house CRM to process client information, quotations, and policies
7. Adhere strictly to Data Protection regulations
8. Complete 15 hours of mandatory training annually via Broker Assess
9. Ensure all calls and emails follow prescribed scripts and processes
10. Research and generate leads as required
11. Attend regular performance reviews with the Sales Manager
12. Explore alternative markets and set up new agencies where relevant
Skills and Experience for a Sales Representative:
1. Strong communication and organisational skills across all levels
2. Experience within a commercial background
3. Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
4. Willingness to work flexible hours and patterns to meet business needs
5. Experience in selling commercial motor and property insurance products
6. Proven experience in telesales
