Amazon EU Lead Do you have experience driving strategy and growth within the Amazon ecosystem? Have you successfully launched products across EU markets on Amazon? Do you excel at building relationships with Amazon and agency partners? MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a leading consumer goods business, on the search for an Amazon EU Lead. This is a permanent role based in Central London. The position offers the opportunity to shape the Amazon Pan-EU strategy for a portfolio of brands, driving double-digit growth and leveraging the success of a lead brand with a turnover exceeding £10m. The role reports directly to the Ecommerce Director. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon EU strategy. Create and execute a joint business plan that aligns with company objectives. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Amazon vendor managers and brand specialists to ensure long-term profitable growth. Maximise brand growth by leveraging the Amazon Ads ecosystem, collaborating with brand teams, and managing agency relationships. Plan and execute successful new product launches across EU markets. Address commercial and logistical challenges with operational excellence. Identify tailored portfolio opportunities, build compelling business cases, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results. What we’re looking for? Proven experience working with Amazon and an in-depth understanding of its ecosystem, including opportunities and risks. A results-driven approach, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong commercial and financial expertise, including experience with JBPs and P&Ls. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A creative problem-solver with the ability to identify growth opportunities and tackle challenges. A team player who thrives in collaboration but can also work independently as a self-starter. Passionate about the beauty and personal care industry. Able to commute to a Central London office on a hybrid basis and travel for customer and agency meetings as required.
