Description Temporary contract for 14 months to cover maternity/paternity/adoption leave | full-time 37 hours per week | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum (Grade E) | County Hall (hybrid working) Business Support Officer Level 2 We are looking for a highly focused, resourceful and efficient Business Support Officer to cover maternity leave and provide support to the Children’s Advice and Duty Service. In this role, you will work remotely, three days at home, two days in the office and after induction, you will work closely with Consultant Social Workers, Team Managers and the Head of Service to support them to ensure the right pathway first time for our children and young people. The role includes ensuring client records (Liquidlogic) are maintained with up to date and accurate details and then inputting information to be forwarded to the Consultant Social Worker, generating Feedback letters through Liquidlogic and responding to Partners’ requests.
