Hours of Work: Full time and Part Time positions available, term time only.

Salary including allowances: Grade 1 £23,656 – £24,027 FTE plus SEN Allowance of £1668.70 (pro rata). Salary will be pro rata for weeks and hours worked.

Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. Wilson Stuart School is an Ofsted designated outstanding all age (2 – 25 years) Special School which provides very high-quality education for 258 pupils and young people who have physical disabilities, and/or complex medical conditions. Queensbury School provides for 245 students who have MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health). Mayfield School educates children and young people, who have a range of learning difficulties, between the ages of 3 and 19 and have approximately 300 students on roll.

We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care to our students, including assistance in the bathrooms. Beyond personal care, you may provide some pastoral support so strong communication and written skills are desirable, as they will enable you to connect effectively with our students and contribute to their overall well-being.
