Job Title: Business Support Officer Department: AM Global & AM Training Location: Billingham Hours: up to 37.5 hours a week Salary: 24,000 – 28,000 per annum DOE Job Purpose: The Business Support Officer plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across AM Global and AM Training. This dynamic position combines administrative support, marketing assistance, and sales support, contributing to the success of both internal teams and external client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Maintain and update internal databases and records. Provide general support to the operations team. Support the maintenance of accreditations and regulatory requirements. Help manage compliance by ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. Sales & Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads for the sales team. Promote funded training courses to prospective learners and employers. Post job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates. Marketing & Promotion: Support basic marketing efforts across company and personal pages. Promote services, courses, and company updates across AM Recruitment and AM Training platforms.
