Position: Client Account Executive (Network Team) Salary: £13.18 p/h Contract: Temporary (high potential to go perm) Location: Fully Remote but would need to be based near Telford or Warwick for office meetings Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm Our client are looking to recruit an extra person on a temporary basis to help support their Network team, who are based all around the UK on a remote basis. Day-to-day of the role: Make scheduled outbound calls to clients Handle inbound enquiries via email and telephone Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and other departments. Create appointments for network sales professionals. Manage new business enquiries and update the CRM database. Setting up contracts Weekly reporting call stats What We're Looking For: Professional and empathetic call handling. Good administrative and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
