Key Skills
1. Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical Engineering
2. Experience of Automated Machinery
3. Understanding of PLC Systems and Controls
The Role
1. To maintain, repair, overhaul, modify, and install electrical/electronic plant and apparatus as directed by engineering management.
2. Ensure up-to-date systems backups are in place.
3. Control and obsolescence planning.
4. Electrician system and control development.
5. Manage the risk and removal of obsolescence.
6. Ensure we have up-to-date backups of all PLC programmes.
There is a huge amount of variety on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
