Job Description
As Digital Marketing Apprentice you will be responsible for providing a full mix of digital marketing support to the marketing team and the wider business. You will manage customer databases, create marketing campaigns to customer segments, build automated trigger campaigns for emails and SMS channels, develop leads for our business development team, and support with the building of user journeys to provide a smoother customer retention strategy.
Key Duties
1. Creating and implementing social media marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube
2. To assist the creation of digital content, as well as content for forums, blogs, guest blogs and press releases.
3. To support with maintaining the website and all related SEO activities
4. Creating and delivering fantastic user experience for our stakeholders (Employers and Learners)
5. To assist with answering customer enquiries on social media and forums where possible
6. Promote a positive and professional image of the company and all of the services it delivers through excellent customer service
7. Stay up to date with the latest trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities to inform future activity
8. Assisting with planning, delivering and measuring targeted content driven marketing campaigns
9. Defining and implementing segmented and promotional email/push communication campaigns

Training
Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact. This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study. This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Multi Channel Marketer L3 Apprenticeship Qualification.
Prospects
Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
