Role Office Manager
Salary £27k - £33k D.O.E + Bonus (pro rata based on hours worked)
Location Office in Cardiff - free parking
Hours 20-24 hours per week. (4/5 hours per day across 5 days Mon-Fri) Flexible.
The Role
* You will organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
* Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, overseeing the admin operations and safety of the office ensuring smooth day to day functioning.
* You will co-ordinate and arrange meetings to include duties using the room booking system.
* You will book travel including hotel, trains taxis etc.
* Oversee office supplies lie stationary and facilities and liaise with suppliers such as cleaning and property management partners.
* Responsible for enforcing health and safety including fire safety policies and processes within the office.
* Assisting with the execution of company events.
