Role Overview
As a Trainee SIPP Account Executive, you will be the in-house contact for our clients, delivering a high-quality administration service for a portfolio of Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs). You will also provide technical and administrative support to the Financial Planner, ensuring records are maintained to regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing a first-class service.
* Maintain accurate paper and electronic records to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
* Support the Financial Planner with administrative and technical tasks.
* Ensure adherence to data protection legislation and company policies.
* Produce clear and professional correspondence, including letters and reports.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
* Ability to work within defined levels of authority and escalate issues where necessary.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining records.
* Knowledge of data protection legislation and compliance principles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* GCSE Maths and English Grade B or above (or equivalent).
* Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role within Financial or Professional Services.
