This role is ideal for a strategic IT leader with a strong background in service management, operational excellence, and ITIL frameworks. The Role The Technology Improvement Leader will: Lead the transformation of IT service delivery, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Implement ITIL-aligned service improvement methodologies. Develop and execute root cause analysis protocols to enhance system resilience. Establish business-aligned service levels and embed them within operational processes. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive service management excellence. Communicate complex IT challenges to senior stakeholders and ensure strategic alignment. Candidate Profile 10 years' experience in IT leadership, specialising in service management and delivery. Deep expertise in ITIL frameworks, including service strategy, design, transition, operations, and continual improvement. Strong knowledge of business impact analysis and root cause analysis methodologies. Proven ability to transform IT service functions, improving system availability and performance. Experience in Critical National Infrastructure sectors, such as energy, utilities, transport, telecommunications, emergency services, or government organisations. Why Apply?
