The new People and HR Service Delivery function operationalises and enables HR processes to ensure a consistent and high-quality colleague experience. It serves as the primary gateway for all HR needs for colleagues and people managers, focusing on efficiency and colleague experience by seamlessly running full employment cycle processes as part of the People and HR Service function.
As a Senior Manager, Specialist Services (Talent, Culture & Capability), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic initiatives of the Talent, Culture, and Performance Community of Expertise. Working with the Communities Expertise, you will provide expert input to shape the design and development of smooth and efficient operational services to support key strategic initiatives, ensuring their operational viability and successful implementation across the organization.
In this senior leadership position, you will be instrumental in driving organizational success by seamlessly integrating and mobilising resources into business-as-usual operations. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring that our talent, culture, and capability initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
* Proven ability to implement and manage both learning and end-to-end performance operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration with key touchpoints.
* Expertise in building partnerships with Communities of Expertise to execute, refine, and enhance learning and performance management interventions or initiatives.
* Proficiency in managing operations associated with the learning and talent outcomes across various organizational levels, including Apprenticeships, learning, succession planning, mobility, readiness, and skills development.
* Ability to develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track and communicate the effectiveness of operations and implementation of initiatives.
* Ability to evaluate data and develop insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and influence business and financial outcomes.
* Highly skilled at leading operational delivery and change at scale across large, complex businesses.
* Skilled in driving automation, efficiency and improved colleague experience through the use of technology.
* Expertise in managing third party relationships and contracts to deliver services and drive continuous improvement.
