EQUANS is recruiting for a Car Park Officer to be based in Burnley General Hospital, BB10 2PQ. This is a permanent role working 42 hours per week. Shift Times: 0700-1900 3 on 3 off What you will deliver: To ensure the efficient and safe operation of the car park, maintain order, and enforce parking regulations. Key Responsibilities include: Parking Enforcement: Patrol the car park regularly to identify and address any parking violations. Issue parking tickets to vehicles that are illegally parked or have expired permits. Monitor parking meters and ensure that fees are paid. Respond to complaints and inquiries from car park users. Customer Service: Provide assistance to car park users, including directing them to available parking spaces. Answer questions about parking regulations and fees. Resolve disputes and conflicts in a professional and courteous manner. Security: Monitor the car park for suspicious activity and report any incidents to security personnel. Maintenance: Report any damage to parking equipment or infrastructure. Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Note: For this role, you must undergo a DBS clearance, therefore ability to pass is essential. What can we offer you?
