Salary : £24956 per annum rising to £25350 per annum on successful completion of probation and £26474 per annum after accreditation. Maintain a client caseload and complete case work in a timely manner. Complete DASH risk assessments and develop appropriate safety and support plans Provide wellbeing support and advocacy where needed. Provide and ensure clients have access to appropriate advice on a range of relevant topics, including health, safety, welfare, and legal issues. Refer clients to relevant agencies. Maintain positive working relationships with key agencies and professionals. Work via telephone, video, and face-to-face. Attend and contribute to MARAC. Attend and contribute to meetings and staff training. Create and maintain confidential records. Maintain monitoring records and contribute to evaluation of role. Work with agencies and engage with LGBT community groups to improve awareness and identify barriers to reporting LGBT domestic abuse. Work to increase public awareness of LGBT domestic abuse. Help to develop best practice, standards, and protocols in collaboration with stakeholders. Essential requirements: Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
