Apply now Essential Role Requirements: Ensuring the day-to-day operations of Engineers, Foremen, labour, and plant are properly managed Ensuring the correct material and plant arrive in good time for works to commence Implementing the Company Health & Safety Management Systems and Procedures and Quality Assurance Procedures including making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety, and the environment (HSE) are adhered to Ensure we are working to relevant specifications Report progress on projects, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints, and financial reporting to a high standard Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts Developing the programme of work and strategy for the project, planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of materials Working closely with the clients as a team and building long term cordial relationships Working closely with CM and QS to ensure forecast is followed in regard to labour and plant Management of all facets of temporary works across the project General Expectations: Reliable & punctual Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time Right to work in the UK Cards & Qualifications Required: CSCS Supervision/Management/Engineering Related Degree or Equivalent Temporary Works Coordinator CITB 5-Day SMSTS First Aid at Work Certification We do have high standards for the work carried out on our sites, and in exchange, we offer: A commitment to fair and competitive rates Opportunities for additional contracts on prospective projects Access to further training, as required by specific site needs To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
