Diagnosing and taking ownership of faults Working with third party suppliers to manage new orders and faults. Provisioning new and managing existing orders and maintaining existing customers, managing multiple orders. Capturing and logging information accurately in our customer database. Providing progress updates to key stake holders at project milestones. Occasional site visits to assist with installations and diagnosing faults. Raising ad-hoc invoices for department purchases working on occasion with our finance team. Helpdesk Advisor - Skills and Experience Required Must be a driver or live in WGC due to location Strong communication skills and confidence to speak with all customers Query resolution experience Excellent attention to detail Experience within retail background is preferred Thank you for your application.
