Accounts Payable Clerk Temporary Account Payable/Purchase Ledger Role Location: Westerham, due to the location this would suit someone who is a driver with a car Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerk for a temporary position to manage a backlog and handle ongoing queries. This role is based in Westerham and requires a candidate who can drive due to the office location. It would be highly beneficial if you are familiar with either Sage 50 or Sage 200. Day-to-day of the role: Efficiently process and manage a backlog of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Handle accounts payable queries from suppliers and internal departments. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions. Collaborate with other team members to improve the accounts payable/purchase ledger process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an accounts payable/purchase ledger role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
