Customer Account Manager - Verwood - £30k - £40k
Our well-established engineering client based in Verwood is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their team. This role serves as the key liaison between supplier and customer, managing customer expectations in terms of On Time Delivery.
Role Requirements
1. Experience within Aerospace or Engineering is preferred
2. Good general IT Skills
3. Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Excel
4. Experience of a manufacturing system such as MRP/SAP is an advantage but not essential
5. Good communicator, negotiator, and possess a good level of business acumen
6. Able to prioritise work through the shop floor
7. Part of the sales team to ensure monthly targets are met
8. Able to set and work to priorities
9. Must be well organised
Role Responsibilities
1. Closely monitor and develop customer expectations in terms of On Time Delivery; this information will be used to drive change.
2. Track any potential delays and inform the customer at the earliest stage of any risks, being influential in prioritising and pushing production to meet customer expectations.
3. Communicate at different levels and liaise between the relevant departments and company to resolve any technical or quality issues.
4. Attend daily production meetings and take an active part in pushing the completion and delivery of components to the customer.
5. Chase treatment suppliers for progress of parts and work closely with suppliers to achieve delivery dates.

Salary: £30k - £40k
Hours: 39-hours per week - Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm
