The Role:
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising manufacturing equipment to keep production running smoothly. Whether it’s troubleshooting a sudden issue or planning ahead to prevent breakdowns, you’ll be a key player in ensuring maximum efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspecting, fixing, and fine-tuning equipment to ensure peak performance.
Working closely with the production team to keep things moving seamlessly.
Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes – because there’s always room to be better.
Staying ahead of compliance, from Health & Safety regulations to food safety standards.
Supporting sustainability goals by reducing waste and improving energy efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering – you’ve got the credentials to back up your skills.
