About you… The successful candidate will : Have relevant skills, experience. Have experience lead a small team. Have a tenant focussed approach. Have experience of independent working and working as part of a team. Be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible, committed to working as part of a team. Hold a Full UK Driver’s Licence. What you’ll do… Installation and repairs to timber and metal fencing. Work alongside our internal trades team on a mobile basis. You will provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed service. This will include carrying out general labouring duties and assisting our trades team. What you’ll be responsible for… Supervising other members of the team to carry out works required safely and within set timescales. Carry out work to a high standard and where possible right first time. Receive and submit work instructions using internal electronic system. Review systems and processes and implement changes on a regular basis to drive continuous improvements in line with best practice. To take responsibility for vehicle stock and materials levels required to undertake your duties. To ensure work tickets are completed accurately and returned with the required timescales.
