We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Process Improvement Analyst to join ourteam. The Supply Chain Process Improvement Analyst will play a key role in driving operational excellence by identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and supporting project governance. This role will be responsible for providing insightful analysis, maintaining project management tools and templates, and supporting the delivery of value creation savings within the supply chain. This is a hybrid role working from home and the office each week. Key responsibilities include: Reporting on the operational health of Supply Chain via review of metrics and benchmarking. Providing analysis of opportunities and improvements within the supply chain to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Identifying and deliver value creation savings through process improvements and efficiency gains, for example: inventory holding recommendations, optimal production locations. Administering project governance, ensuring adherence to agreed frameworks and best practices. Maintaining and develop project management tools, templates, and reporting structures. Coaching and support teams across the business in the use of project management tools where required. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on process improvements and project priorities. Engaging with external stakeholders, including packers, wine suppliers, and third-party logistics providers, to drive operational efficiencies. Facilitating opportunity identification / problem solving sessions with cross-functional teams What youll bring: Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (highly desirable but not essential). Planning / Supply Chain qualifications. Experience working with third-party suppliers. Interest in Lean methodologies, with a willingness to develop expertise. Strong data analysis skills with experience in supply chain environments. Experience in FMCG supply chain planning, scheduling, S&OP, MRP-II, and ERP environments (ideally JDE & Anaplan). Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels, across multiple functions. Strong presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations. Project management experience, with a structured approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, JDE, Anaplan, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio (desirable).
