UPTO 12 HOUR SHIFTS
£17.00 - £19.00 PER HOUR
People Solutions are recruiting for experienced Class 1 Drivers to work with our well-established client based in Doncaster.
This role is working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
This role is a temporary to permanent position.

Rates of Pay
Days - £17.00 per hour
Nights - £19.00 per hour
Day to Day Duties
Be prepared for various shift lengths
Drive Category CE vehicles safely and efficiently
Curtain side trailers
Box trailers
Self tip may be required at some customer sites
Use a tail lift and pump truck
Make store deliveries
Comply with driving rules and laws
Ensure cab is well presented at all times
Ensure your load is secured correctly
Conduct vehicle inspections and report any faults to management
Essential Skills
Hold a valid UK CE licence
Have at least two years' experience driving CE vehicles
No more than six penalty points and no major endorsement codes
Have an in-date UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card
Experience operating various trailer types
Data on your tacho card from the last 60 days
Be prepared for handball
Good time keeping
Good communication skills
Positive 'Can do' attitude
Desirable Experience
Previous experience working as an ad hoc driver on general haulage is desirable but not essential.
Training
In depth written and driving assessment is required for this role
Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
