Operating since 1975, they take pride in delivering exceptional service across all makes and models of vehicles, building a strong reputation with a loyal customer base. Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor: Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service. Booking in vehicles for servicing, MOTs, and repairs. Liaising with technicians and updating customers on progress and any additional work required. Providing accurate estimates and processing invoices efficiently. Managing workshop schedules to ensure smooth operations.What We Offer the Right Service Advisor: Monday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends off £32,000 basic salary with potential for further growth. Company pension contribution.Requirements to join our client as a Service Advisor: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a garage, service centre, or dealership. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
