This Youth Support Worker role involves working with students who have been excluded from mainstream education due to challenging behaviour, supporting them in developing the skills needed to reintegrate into mainstream schools. As a Youth Support Worker, you will: Build positive relationships to encourage engagement in education Provide tailored support to meet individual student needs Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes Offer mentoring and emotional support to help students overcome barriers to learning The School – PRU Located in Hackney, this PRU supports 76 students requiring additional behavioural and emotional intervention.
