What you will do
Increase sales and margin/profitability of assigned customers, through setting up and executing an activity plan in line with the segment strategy with a focus on maintaining and growing your portfolio. Keep close contact with your assigned accounts to identify new opportunities, manage and implement projects and sales pipeline.
1. Manage a number of key regional accounts as being their first go-to person, representing all other departments at tesa.
2. Secure and develop the existing business by providing competent advice to his/her defined customer base, by identifying new potential applications/listings and by implementing new projects.
3. Continuously develop project pipeline quality in order to achieve the set CRM KPIs.
4. Collect and maintain accurate customer/project data within the CRM system.
5. Identify and develop new customers/markets/accounts/converters starting from a very low level of penetration.
6. Execute deployment of new product launches.
7. Provide fact-based information and customer access to improve the Marketing mix and complement the technology/product pipeline.
What you will need
1. Sales experience from similar positions.
2. Good understanding of industrial markets and distribution, incl. end-user manufacturing companies.
3. Strong customer orientation and passion about building long-term partnerships.
4. Organised and used to working with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft 365 etc.).
5. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
6. Working autonomously and self-driven, while proactively seeking support when needed.
7. Easily adapting to change.
Based and covering the south of England. Traveling within the UK and occasionally abroad will be required.
