In summary, as someone who has experience in providing support to people of a wide range of ages and abilities and Good I.T. skills, you will support in many aspects. To name a few: Provide a comprehensive customer service for all Learning Centre users including answering enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions. Carry out desk duties in the Learning Centres, including the issuing and returning of resources, shelving returned materials, general tidying of the Learning Centres, taking payments for services such as printing, copying, and sale of stationery. To book groups in the Learning Centre as requested, liaising with the Timetabling Team, including for Thrive and Elements sessions. Monitor and report on attendance as required.
