We’re looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, processing applications, and collaborating with our UK and Philippines back-office teams to ensure the highest level of customer service delivery. Key Responsibilities
* Call potential leads provided by the team to introduce SimplyFunded’s products and services.
* Process and manage leads by gathering essential information and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members for follow-up.
* Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
* Follow up on sales inquiries via telephone and email to ensure smooth customer journeys.
* Work closely with UK and Philippines back-office teams to coordinate the processing of loan applications and ensure customer service standards are met.
* Support the sales team by processing applications and updating customer details in internal systems.
* Answer customer queries related to products, loan terms, and application processes.
* Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for improving the sales funnel and lead management.
* Liaise with brokers and customers to ensure that all required information is gathered and that leads are properly handled.
* Ensure all leads are accurately tracked and that the system is updated with the most current information.
* Assist in monitoring lead progression, following up where necessary to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
Key Skills and Competencies
* Confident communicator: You’ll be comfortable reaching out to potential clients and handling a high volume of calls.
* Organized: Ability to manage multiple leads and applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
* Collaborative: Ability to work with both UK and Philippines back-office teams to ensure smooth application processing and excellent customer service.
* Customer-focused: A passion for delivering outstanding service and guiding potential customers through the process.
* Attention to detail: Ensure all customer and lead information is captured accurately in our systems.
* Proactive: You’re motivated to follow up on leads, close loops, and support the sales process effectively.
* Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of Excel and Word is helpful, with full training provided on our CRM systems.
What We’re Looking For
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Confidence on the phone with the ability to engage leads and build relationships.
* Desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment with opportunities for personal growth.
* Experience working with remote teams is a plus, though not required.
* Previous experience in a sales, admin, or customer service role is desirable, but we encourage applications from those early in their careers who are eager to develop their skills.

Pay: £16,106.65-£24,353.53 per year
