FRS are recruiting a Bookkeeper for a well known SME based ideally near Coleshill & Curdworth. A salary of around £30k is attached but potentially negotiable for those with slightly more experience Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for a variety of transactional finance duties as listed below Alongside needing the experience noted, suitable candidates will be personable & able to work within a small finance team whilst managing their own workload. Experience of Sage 50 is essential The business want a good team player alongside a numbers professional Duties Will Include Managing the Sales and Purchase Ledger Producing accounts to trial balance Credit control Checking, coding up and entering purchase invoices / returns onto the purchase ledger Reconciling supplier statements, making payments via BACS Dealing with copy invoices and supplier queries Reconciling site cash Monthly production of client sales invoices Undertaking any other tasks For more info, call Niall in the FRS office right away
