We are offering a Club Lounge for our Executive Guests. This will provide exclusive use for our VIPs where breakfast and canapes are served as well as all-day drinks.
We are now looking for an experienced manager to manage our Club Lounge and Concierge Teams to ensure the guest experience is above and beyond expectation.

About You:
Do you have EXEMPLARY Customer Service skills? Can you deliver consistent, top-notch 5-star service? Are you an exceptional communicator?
Are you interested in managing the 2022 TAA Club Lounge of The Year? Then this prestigious role is for you!
Some key responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring all food and beverage requirements are met.
* Managing the Lounge ensuring Executives can check in and out efficiently while utilising the club facilities.
* Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure all events are successful.
* Creating and implementing promotional activities for the Club Lounge.
* Upselling other benefits of staying in the hotel.
* Building a rapport with the guests ensuring they feel like part of the family.
* Working with the Concierge, Porters, and Club Lounge Teams to ensure all customer touchpoints are positively memorable.
* Working closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure Customer Service Standards are beyond expectation.
You will need to:
* Love coming to work and can work well under pressure.
* Be infectious with your smile and jovial persona.
* Be a people manager for your team and guests.
* Have previous management experience in either front office or club lounge.
* Be willing to assist any team, any guest at any time.
* Have your RSA qualification or willingness to obtain one.
The successful applicant must be available to work full-time over a 7-day rotational roster that will include some weekends.
