I am looking for personal care for a Woman

12 hours/week, ideally in 3 x 4hr shifts 10am-2pm.
Hourly pay rate:
£15
I am a 43-year-old mum of 1 with MS. I live with my husband and child, in
Climping, Littlehampton with our cat.
I’m wheelchair dependent and require a hoist transfer. I like to be as independent
as possible but need help with being mum: cooking, cleaning, going out in my
wheelchair accessible vehicle for errands, meeting friends and attending
appointments, dropping/collecting my son. My wheelchair accessible vehicle is a
van, so the candidate would need to be comfortable driving a large vehicle
I require a driver with their own car, and to be able to drive my wheelchair
accessible vehicle.
I need support with accessing Social and Leisure activities.
I may require support and accompaniment to medical or other appointments.

Duties include:
Medication prompting/administering
Personal grooming
Other relevant duties as required
Administration
Housekeeping
Shopping
Cooking
Transportation
Gardening
Dressing / undressing
Bathroom assistance
Accompanying and assisting on shopping trips
Accompanying when accessing social and leisure activities.
Accompanying to doctors/hospital appointments.
Accompanying when clothes-buying, including help with un/dressing and
lifting clothes on/off the rails.
Occasional longer journeys.
Driving and accompanying to social events.
The above duties will involve driving in my wheelchair accessible vehicle.

My son has autism, so knowledge and understanding is needed.
Need to be self-employed and be happy to work as part of a team.
Additional requirements
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working
hours
