As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and promoting the telecom solutions to potential clients within the SME sector.

Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential prospects within the SME sector to introduce and promote telecom products and services.
2. Needs Assessment: Gain an in-depth understanding of prospects' current telecom solutions and identify their needs and pain points.
3. Solution Advising: Educate prospects on the benefits of the systems and software offerings and how these solutions can meet their business needs.
4. Opportunity: Identify and maximise opportunities by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation and daily talk time.
5. Database Management: Cleanse and manage the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and clients.
6. Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities by scheduling telephone appointments for account managers to follow up on.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the telecom or technology sector.
2. Excellent communication skills.

5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organisational skills.
